5566 Tieline Road | Jackitup An Affordable Farming Addition with Potential! Offering 367.97 hectares (approx. 909 acres) across one title, 5566 Tieline Road presents an opportunity to secure an established rural holding with approximately 161 hectares** (400 acres) of arable country and a useful complement of existing farm infrastructure. The property has predominantly been utilised for grazing, with the arable areas suited to cropping or improved pasture production. The balance incorporates grazing country, established saltbush, revegetation and remnant vegetation, providing additional seasonal grazing and land management opportunities. Considerable work has been undertaken across the property over recent years. Pasture establishment has previously included clover, ryegrass, lucerne and vetch, together with a program of fertiliser application and lime. Extensive saltbush and revegetation plantings have also been established. A key strength of the property is the infrastructure already in place. Improvements include a large powered machinery shed suitable for modern farm machinery, four-stand shearing shed, new steel sheep yards, additional shedding, substantial water storage and a three bedroom cottage. Water is supported by dams and rainwater storage, with the main dam equipped with a solar pump. The property is also well positioned in relation to the Mindarabin CBH receival site and community water facilities. Located approximately 33km from Gnowangerup, 38km from Nyabing and 62km from Katanning, this is a practical option for an existing farming business seeking additional value add country or a purchaser looking for an affordable start up holding.
