Nightingale Real Estate Tablelands presents Glenview Dairy, the farm is third generation farming and the first block purchased has been owned by the same family since 1930. Located at 148 Forrester Road, Kureen, just outside of Malanda, this 302 acre farm sits on 4 titles in a prime location. A unique parcel, having bitumen road access on all boundaries and Cleminson Creek running through all four titles. The property is Biodynamic certified and is thoughtfully managed with established systems for pasture silage production, irrigation and livestock management. The farm is divided into 25 well-watered paddocks, each with its own trough, complemented by an additional grazing paddock across the road. Improvements include good boundary fencing, electric internal fencing, irrigation infrastructure servicing approximately 97 acres, a bore, irrigation licence, and 90ML water allocation from Cleminson Creek. Productive pastures comprise mainly Setaria, Brachiaria, Pinto Peanut and Shaw's Creeping Vigna, supported by sustainable fertiliser practices including effluent irrigation, biodynamic preparations, worm castings and compost. The large family home was built in 2004, features four bedrooms (or three plus a dedicated craft room), two beautifully appointed bathrooms, a spacious office with built-in cabinetry, and a generous kitchen complete with a walk-through pantry, large island bench, gas cooktop, electric oven and dual-drawer dishwasher. A tiled sunroom, fully tiled double remote garage, rainwater storage, bore water supply, and generator wiring complete this comfortable and practical home.
