Set in the highly sought-after plateau country of Lillian Rock, this exceptional 43-hectare (107-acre) property combines a private, resort-style lifestyle with excellent infrastructure, abundant water and genuine income potential. The picturesque land features gentle pasture, tall timber, regenerating forest and cascading creeks. Fencing, internal roads and shedding are all well established, while equestrian infrastructure includes a dressage arena and dedicated tack room. The property is also home to extensive fruit and nut orchards, including an impressive avenue of more than 30 mature mango trees. A timber licence, yet to be utilised, provides an additional opportunity. Two private dwellings are positioned well apart. The fully off-grid secondary residence offers three bedrooms, one bathroom and air conditioning and is currently tenanted, providing an immediate income stream, or could suit Airbnb, family or guest accommodation. Hidden at the end of a sweeping tree-lined driveway, the main residence is a substantial five-bedroom, three-bathroom split-level home with resort-style appeal. Featuring soaring ceilings, timber finishes, open-plan living and extensive indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, the home is surrounded by beautifully established gardens and includes a heated swimming pool. Every room is air conditioned and the home is supported by a substantial 14kW grid-connected solar system. Vehicle accommodation is exceptional, with eight carports plus two machinery bays.
