Both farms are a credit to the current long term lessee and feature a sustainable, well managed rotation being one third in canola, lupins, vetch or pasture each year. The farms have been well fertilised and have a long term, ongoing lime history with nearly 3500 tonnes of lime and 'Morrell' lime applied in the last 10 years. Paddock records and soil tests are available.

The lessee's records indicate a 2.75 tonne per hectare cereal average over the last 5 years, and chemical and fertiliser records are available to prospective buyers. There are over 300 hectares of lupin/canola/ spray-topped pasture in this 2025 season which will assist the new owners in their first season in 2026.
