The lands are all a good quality soil type having been picked out by previous generations of the sellers for the kind granite loams and red clay loams that they are. These are located at the base of the Chiddarcooping reserve and rainfall seems to follow the range as the current crops are outstanding given good early rains and follow up rains giving this season excellent potential.
