The property has been in a wheat pasture rotation in recent years with the current season growing an area of vetch which is well suited to the soil types. Approximately 847 hectares have been indicated by the sellers as arable with all hectares being of similar quality and on open plain easy working paddocks. The property is located adjacent to the Warralakin townsite and along the bitumised Koorda - Bullfinch Road.
