Andrina is a cropping property of reasonable scale which is being offered due the owners decision to retire. Being located in what is a reliable rainfall area just 35kms north east of Warradarge, it consists of gravel sands, Sandy gravels and sandy loams. The operators have engaged all modern techniques of amelioration, liming and deep ripping to maximise production.

Improvements consist of a 5 x 1 brick and iron homestead which has had recent renovation to kitchen and bathrooms as well as a new iron roof. It looks over the southern valley and offers excellent views. There is also a 400ton capacity fertiliser shed which is built of concrete and iron with a 6 metre lean to and a concrete apron and loading ramp. 4 x 75 tonne Moylan silos, a 50 tonne and 28 tonne are included in the sale. A 4 unit demountable with a separate bathroom unit acts a staff accommodation.

The property has been set up for total cropping on a rotational basis with cereals, canola and lupins. With approximately 2200 hectares being arable the balance of the property consists of 1600 hectares of remnant vegetation.

The 2025 season has been late but all crops are now established and offer good potential given the location which is 60kms lineal kms from the ocean and is a reliable rainfall area
