This is all very good news for the development is progressing, as programmed.
Sales Demand has been high and remaining strong.

We recently did a pre-construction sell off at Mannum Waters for their Stage 6 - the buyers there had 18 months to settle - Some blocks were sold at $48k - they're worth around $90k now. The waterfront were selling at $180-205K at settlement they were worth $340-350k.
Clearly these buyers have done very well by buying in the pre-construction phase.
