Country: "Linallie" varies from ironbark country with apple tree and box flats. With dark to loamy clay soils into more open traprock country with some stony steeper areas at the rear of the property.
Approximately 700 acres has been cultivated with most returned to native pasture. Currently cultivating approximately 70 acres with more available.
Approximately 2000 acres is timbered ironbark grazing country. Balance is generally open grazing with some regrowth.
Use: "Linallie" is a noted fine wool growing property with an ability to finish sheep and cattle. Estimated 6000 DSE or cattle equivalent of approximately 450 breeders selling as weaners. Property is currently well grassed and under stocked.
Water: "Linallie" is watered by 23 dams of various sizes and semi permanent holes in Brush Creek and other water courses.
