"Part Branston North" is situated 40 kms North of Dubbo with frontage to Old Mill Road. Undulating country of red and grey loam soils with an ironstone ridge running through the centre. Approximately 200 acres is considered arable, but hasnÂ’t been cropped for some time. Timber consists of Grey Box, some Kurrajong, Gum, Pine and Ironbark. The property is generally cleared for grazing with Wattle regrowth showing on the ridges. Fencing is fair to good of Hingejoint and Ringlock construction. There are three paddocks, however the property is run as one paddock. Water is supplied by two dams and a spring area in Emondandry Creek.
