"Boundary Farms" comprises some of the finest soils on the Eastern Darling Downs. Located on the Condamine River flood plain with deep black self mulching clay soils.
There is currently 2,823 acres* (1,142.4ha*) developed for cultivation of which 355 acres* is under centre pivot irrigation.
Extensive works have been completed to assist in drainage of the property with extensive land levelling.
The balance area is contained in an elevated box country loamy ridge (ideal for structural improvements) plus lagoon and river frontage.

Both bores are interconnected via 8" (200mm) PVC underground main to 3 x centre pivot outlets.
First pivot circle = 115 acres

Includes T&L hydraulic 8 span self propelled centre pivot (towable). Recently fully reconditioned with new regulators, nozzles and sprinkler heads.

"Boundary Farms" has a total grain storage capacity of 3,500 tonne with 2,000 tonne in silo storage and 1,500 tonne in shed bunker storage.

Remarks:
The Ruhle family have spent the last 17 years transforming 4 separate properties into what is now known as "Boundary Farms" which is regarded as one of the better irrigated and dry land farming properties on the upper reaches of the Condamine River flood plain.
Considerable money has been spent on laser levelling and drainage to improve the workability of this outstanding property. The property has achieved yields of 10 tonne per hectare of sorghum and 7.5 tonne per hectare of wheat over recent years.
