"Boundary Farm" comprises some of the finest soils on the Eastern Darling Downs & is located on the Condamine River flood plain with deep black self mulching clay soils. There is currently 1130 acres (approx.) developed for cultivation, which is fallow from 2024 winter crop with a full profile of moisture. Extensive works have been completed to assist in drainage of the property with extensive land levelling. The balance area is contained in an elevated box country loamy ridge (ideal for structural improvements).
