Dam No.3 is again a "L" shaped dam and is located on the southern and western boundary at the bottom of the property. This dam is about 140 meters long at its longest point and 100 meters wide at its widest point and approximately 3 meters deep. In addition to the dams the property has 2 operational bores with good water flows giving excellent water security. Along the eastern boundary there were originally 10 crayfish ponds however, today some have been joined up as one. Currently there are 8 ponds of which a number are dry.
