Wow, the views are spectacular! Life is so much better when you have a big open view, better still when you are looking out over a river, looking up and down the river for kilometers! Oh, yeah, this block is river frontage and it is really nice and high so you are protected 100% from any river flooding! Wow alright, when there is a flood you will have one of the best views of it alright - you will be glad you bought up high.
