'Bumbak & Sons' operate the two properties which consist of 70.29ha of rich, alluvial soil and 750m of Gascoyne River frontage within the Carnarvon Horticultural District. This highly regarded enterprise combines considerable production capability, substantial water allocations and sufficient scale to ensure the long-term profitability of either a large family operation or a diversified agribusiness.

This generational family business specialises in the production of quality red, green and black table grapes for Western Australian, interstate and export markets, with the first grape plantings established in 2002.

Supplementing the table grape enterprise, 'Bumbak & Sons' are a grape rootstock nursery, as well as harvest up to 200 Kensington Pride and R2E2 mango trees annually. 'Terra' is the original family property, while 'Sunsweet' was purchased in 2015 to bring the area under vine to approximately 41ha.

Mature fruit is harvested over a 90 day period from mid November to February, with all processing and packing completed on-farm in a modern, purpose built facility incorporating cool-rooms, packing rooms, QA office and staff amenities.

Collectively, the properties now contain 32 individual blocks with established vines. The rows are planted at 3.3m spacing, with 2.4m spacings between each vine. The trellising, irrigation network and supporting infrastructure are in excellent condition, ensuring the new owner can focus on the broader business.
