The properties have been extensively developed and improved for mixed irrigation including row crop and drip irrigation including pumping and water infrastructure delivery systems and water storage facilities. This is complimented by large areas of open dryland farming plus a licenced 999 head cattle feedlot. Supporting infrastructure includes an agricultural airstrip for on farm application requirements, grain storage facilities, a substantial gravel deposit, staff residences and support buildings.
