Coming off a family farm and working the land for more than 30 years after graduating from Glenormiston Agricultural College, Chris has tried it all from a winter-milking dairy operation to diversifying his business growing blackcurrant’s, pyrethrum, seed and crop potatoes, a cherry orchard, fat cattle and finally as many as 4000 Merino ewes – with the wool industry finally convincing him it was time to try something else. Chris says what his farming background has given him is a complete understanding of the south of the State and of every type of agriculture being used – or even considered. Chris has over 12 years experience in Southern Tasmania real estate.
