He first started working with his father Ron Spencer and Terry Bennett in their stock and station business in Yambil Street in 1987. Wayne has spent all his career working in the livestock industry, purchasing and selling livestock through the local weekly auctions at the sale yards, private sales on farms, as well as online. Wayne also specialises in farm sales, clearing sales and auctions for Griffith and its surrounding areas. In his free time, Wayne likes to stay active with squash and water skiing, and take his family on camping trips.
